Central and South America are experiencing a steady build-up with congestion starting around the city of Juarez and extending down through Monterey, and then on into Mexico City where you will find the usual delay. Further south in Venezuela, look out for a minor slow down where you will find single-digit traffic on the road from Caracas to Barquisimeto. Things really start to bunch up as you approach Bogata, where there is the normal, early morning telecommute heading into Lima. There’s a bit of a lag over in La Paz that continues through Santiago and into Buenos Aires. Exercise caution as you aproach the language shift around Sao Paulo. This road condition remains in effect and runs in both directions to Belo Horozonte and Vitoria.
